Suredebt Consult Agency Rates
Our pricing rates are extremely competitive and customizable to suit your needs. Depending on the project complexity, call volumes, total number of hours required, and the level of skills requested, we can provide you with a pricing plan which fits your billing.
There is no fee unless we collect. Our contingency rates are based on the contracted amount:

| KES100,000 to KES 499,999 | 25% |
| Under KES100,000 - Accepted Only In Special Cases for Long Term Clients | 30% |
| Debtor Outside KENYA | 30% |
Our fee is payable within three (3) working days upon successful debt collection.
Flat Fee Option:
Other factors that impact collection costs;
The average debt collection fee is typically between 15% to 40%. Several factors that impact collection charges are broken down as follows;
Age of account — Older debts are generally more complex to collect, so they typically demand higher fees.
Average balance — Accounts with a small balance will generally have a higher collection fee because they hold a small profit to the agency.
Account volume — A collection agency will generally charge less for a large volume of accounts.
Industry — Because different industries perform differently and require other tactics, some agencies will charge differently depending on the industry.
We offer a flat fee for minimal pre-collection or soft collection services plus a contingency fee. Generally, the flat fee ranges between 15% to 25% per account based on the above criteria.
A flat fee structure means the agency will charge a fixed monthly fee for their services rather than a percentage of the debt recovered. This fee is charged upfront at the beginning of the month.
We will do a full debt collection effort under the name of Suredebt Consult agency.
Your customers will make payments directly to your bank account.
